Default HM Staging Area

Finding it hard to find a full group for HM dungeons or Vanquishing Areas.
I would be nice if there was an elite town or outpost in EoTn (like DoA in NF) that would consolidate all the HM players.

How about an outpost for players that have maxed Delver, Norn, Asura and Vanguard. This outpost would be available once you maxed out all 4 titles on one character. This would make finding a Hard Mode group so much easier.

Most people looking for HM EotN quests/dungeons are looking to progress in rank anyway through the Handbooks. Making an outpost just for r10's would seem like a lonely place, at least for finding groups.

ya, you got a good point there, well how about just an outpost dedicated to HM groups.
How about the outpost unlocks when you beat the game just like in NF you unlock DoA.
This would make everyone in the outpost have HM unlocked, and be alot easier to find HM groups. This outpost would be filled with players looking to party for certian dungeons, or vanquishing areas or filling books.

I don't know how many people would try and PuG HM stuff.

It's not a bad idea, but I don't think many people would use it. Speaking for myself (and I don't think many would disagree with this), I only HM with guildies/alliance peeps and having to move from one District to another would be a pain.

I'm gonna have to say /unsigned.

/unsigned for countless reasons

GW is becoming grind intensive enough. Are you suggesting that we should add more reason to undermine GW's claim that this is a grind free game?

You also don't need a whole separate town seeing how UB alone is a pug's best friend. There will never be a shortage of UBers.

That wouldnt really make it easier to do HM missions. dungeon or quests, because you would have to first find a party in an outposts which could potentially be miles away from where you need to be to start. What would happen if someone joined your party who hadnt found the area you wanted to quest in, but they had HM?

You would have to walk them there, which could take ages.

We just need a better way to distinguise between HM and NM players with icons above players heads for HM, as you get in mythos or other MMO/rpgs.

How true...besides, if you have an active guild/alliance then you'd find HM groups readily available...

Very Much /Signed!

GW *Really* needs some king of centralized LFG solution, especially for everything HM. There's nothing, completely nothing ingame to help in finding groups for vanquishing or a specific not popular dungeon.

All those title restrictions to enter are extremelly dumb though, pointless limitations. It should be up to the groups forming there if they care about high rank titles.

And in fact creating a completely new outpost might not be needed at all! A community initiative to use one or a few of existing towns would be beyond awesome, only thing needed is a way to bring the news to all the players. And it doesn't even have to be restricted to just HM, give the freedom to the players!

For putting everyone in one place, to make the best use of the current Party Search engine and to stay away from the biggest random/trade chat spam I suggest the use of International districts for this purpose. As there may be some players who don't have all campagins I suggest using separate towns for LFGing centrals for all the campagins:

for example:
Droknar's Forge (int districts) - All Prophecies Vanquishing and HM missions LFG center
Kaineng Center (int districts) - All Prophecies Vanquishing and HM missions LFG center
Kamadan (int districts) - All Prophecies Vanquishing and HM missions LFG center
Eye of the North (int districts) - All EotN Vanquishing, HM mainquests and dungeons
or,
maybe better, simplier, just make people use Int districts of Great Temple of Balth, just need a way to move an 8 man party from there to Tyria.
